Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused or returned at the customerโs expense.
Note: For hygiene reasons, some items may be exempt from returns. Please check product descriptions for final sale or non-returnable items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items
- Products labeled โFinal Saleโ
- Gift cards and digital downloads
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
These items are final unless otherwise required by law.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, items being returned, and reason for return
- Upon approval, you will receive return authorization and detailed instructions, including the shipping address
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
Return Shipping
- Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, ImMore will cover return shipping
- Use a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or product defect
Inspection and Approval
All returned items are inspected upon receipt to ensure eligibility.
- Returns that do not meet requirements may be refused or partially refunded
- Customers will be notified via email of approval or rejection
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5โ10 business days for the refund to appear
- Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for items of equal value
- Contact us before returning an item to confirm availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Upon verification, we will provide one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the item
- Exchange for a different size or style
- Full refund if replacement is not possible
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Extended Returns During Holidays
During holiday seasons or promotional periods, we may extend the return window. Any updates will be communicated on our website or via email.
Care and Inspection of Returned Items
- Returned items must be clean and free from wear, stains, or odors
- Items damaged due to misuse may not qualify for refund
- Proper packaging is required to prevent damage during return shipping
